Half Local Half Tourist Dines in Hong Kong (Part 2)

12:22 PM

Continuing from my last post, time for some expensive stuff!

3-Star Michelin Restaurant

Lung King Heen (龍景軒)

So it’s been a while since I gone back to this restaurant, probably because of the price tag attached to it. But it was a great dim sum experience I had here, where I had some very exquisite foods.

Will I ever go again? Maybe, but probably not for dim sum. Was it worth the price tag? For the service, the experience and the quality of food, definitely yes.

Beverages
(1) The Alchemist Creative Coffee by Gabee. (牧羊少年創意咖啡館 by GaBee.)
Met up a friend at this cute cafe at the bottom of the K11 mall this time around. Had heard things when I was eavesdropping on a conversation as I was walking down the streets. I think I should get an award for that. Turns out this place was amazing!

The Yam Latte, shown above won first place in the Taiwanese Coffee Maker Competition in 2017. Do try this when you visit this cafe!

What to Order: Yam Latte (啡你莫薯)
How to get there: 2-min walk from Exit D2, Tsim Sha Tsui / East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station

(2) Ozone
To wrap it all off, this place must not been forgotten. Only been once, and recommended many friends to go check it out, and they all loved it. Ozone is probably the highest bar in the world, if not Asia. Best to go on a nice day when it’s not cloudy so you can see the Victoria Harbour and the view of Hong Kong Island. Apologies for the photo below, it was a tad cloudy that day.

The drink I had back then was the Dragontini, not sure if the menu changed, but I’m sure there are also other exotic drinks.

This bar belongs to the Ritz Carlton, so proper attire is mandatory. Guys, if you wear Birkenstocks / sandals (I know Hong Kong is very hot), you won’t be allowed to get in.
